I absolutely adore this bottle and use it daily! The inclusion of two straws is fantastic, allowing me to easily switch them out for cleaning. My only wish is that the straw were made of silicone, which would make this my all-time favorite bottle!

This is my second Simple Modern Tumbler, and I absolutely love them! They are incredibly functional, keeping my drinks cold without any leaks. With a wide variety of beautiful colors and patterns, the design is also convenient for carrying and transporting. I prefer the look of these over a Stanley, and they come at a better price point too. They are quite large at 40 oz, so they are definitely substantial, but if that’s what you’re after, this tumbler is fantastic!

I really like this tumbler—it’s my second one! It is quite tall, which makes it prone to tipping over. The water flows out quickly, which I appreciate, and I love that the straw is off-center, making it easier to drink from. While it does require some adjustment to position the straw just right, it’s still my favorite tumbler. Cleaning it is a breeze. My first one got dropped, and I noticed it dents easily, which is why I rated it 4 stars. Just be careful not to drop it!

I took my time to write this review after thoroughly testing the product. Living in Florida, I’m constantly on the go and needed a large cup that would fit my car’s cup holder and keep my water cold throughout the day. After extensive research and watching numerous videos on travel mugs, I settled on this one, and I’m thrilled with my choice. I own several insulated bottles and tumblers from brands like Simple Human, Hydro Flask, and Yeti, and this product surpasses them all. It fits snugly in my cup holder without being cumbersome, is surprisingly lightweight, and I love the color. It keeps my drinks ice-cold all day, even in a hot car during the summer, and the ice remains almost intact after 8 hours or more. Sometimes, I leave it in my sunroom overnight, where temperatures soar above 95 degrees, yet there’s still a good amount of ice left by morning. I haven’t tested it with hot beverages, but I’m confident it won’t disappoint. The handle is comfortable and non-slip, and the cap screws on tightly. When the straw is removed, it doesn’t leak at all, and while it does leak a little when the straw is in and turned upside down, it’s minimal. I genuinely have no complaints. I also want to mention that I drink a lot of seltzer water, and it keeps my drinks fizzy all day. I highly recommend this cup, and it’s easy to clean—I wash it by hand.

The color is lovely, the handle is sturdy and easy to carry, and it has survived numerous drops without a scratch. The lid is snug as well. I could go on, but honestly, it’s fantastic. The photos were taken in broad daylight. The only time it leaked was when I held it upside down while full of water, and even then, only a tiny bit came out through the straw—not the lid. Removing the straw caused a few droplets to escape, one by one.
I bought this tumbler to curb my beverage habits and minimize dishwashing. I was tired of having a separate cup for my car and my home. My favorite house cup holds 40 oz but is too large for any cup holder, plus it’s not spill-proof. So I ended up using that tank at home and my old 30 oz Yeti in the car, which fits well.
I’ve never tried a Stanley cup, but I do own a Simple Modern 64 oz summit that has held up over the years, though it’s bulky and heavy, often rolling out of reach in my car.
This tumbler is impressively crafted—from the body to the lid and straw—and the price is incredibly reasonable. I would have gladly paid $40 for its performance. The handle is sturdy and comfortable, easily supporting 40 oz of ice water. I’ve dropped it multiple times, and the powder coating remains intact without any dents.
One underrated feature is the adjustable straw position, which is great depending on how I’m sitting or which hand I’m using. Cleaning it is a breeze. It’s not overly large, and its overall design is understated.
It keeps my tea cold and fresh for two days indoors. I left it filled with ice water in my car for two days in early June, and when I took a sip after a grocery run, it was still cool—not warm at all, even if the cup was warm to the touch.
It even survived falling out of a backseat cup holder and laying on the floor for over an hour. A few drops escaped from the straw, but the carpet stayed dry, and the tumbler retained its ice water.
I ordered the almond color, which is more of a very light beige—think coffee with lots of creamer. It’s lighter than expected but fits the popular aesthetic perfectly.
Overall, I really love this tumbler and highly recommend it. Simple Modern has never let me down, so it’s no surprise that this product is fantastic.
